Job Description

Are you a driven and motivated electrical designer? Do you have a few years of experience and are ready to develop even further? Then we have the role for you!

At AFRY Advanced Automation, you will have the opportunity to develop in a varied and meaningful role focused on the industry. We offer projects that make a difference, with a focus on electrical and automation, mechanical design, digitalization, and SCADA applications. Our broad expertise creates collaborations across the Nordic region and opportunities for you to grow.

As an electrical designer with us, you will be part of our dedicated team within Advanced Automation. You will work on both small and large projects, from design and upgrades to new construction and implementation of new systems within the industry. Here, you will follow the projects from idea to finished solution.

Depending on your interests and experience, you will work with, among other things:

• Electrical design
• Dimensioning
• Machine and process safety investigations
• Project management and assignment management
• Feasibility studies and inspections

Qualifications

As we all know, competence comes in various forms and packages, but what unites us at Advanced Automation is that we all see ourselves as Brave, Devoted, Teamplayers. This means that we enjoy collaborating with each other rather than competing, and that we are driven and curious to continuously learn new things.

We believe you will thrive and succeed with us if you have a technical education at the university or college level, as well as a few years of experience as an electrical designer within the industry, preferably in low voltage, MCC, or automation cabinets. You are accustomed to working with tools such as E-plan/ElproCad and dimensioning tools. It is a merit if you have worked with Febdok. We also see that you master Swedish and English in speech and writing, and have a driver's license (B) as travel is a natural part of our assignments.
